The breakfast here was excellent with plenty of options, and I enjoyed the skillful egg chef in the dining room, while the room was newly furnished, featuring a cozy balcony and a TV.

The place is beautifully designed and has wonderful location near the sea. The services are exceptional, including a lovely pool. Convenient to have internet in the reception;)))

The bathrooms are very basic.

I booked a nice room with a view of the sea. It is not far from the airport. The hotel was set short way from Nang Yuan Terrace❤

The sea view from our room was stunning. I really enjoyed it. But it has it's price. The price is to walk for breakfast a hilly path. That's very exhausting in this humidity and heat. And also the path to get out of the resort is very very steep. So even for fit people it's a little challenging every day. The staff is very friendly. But except 2 or 3 persons does nobody speak English.

The resort is still not ready. I couldn't believe what I saw when we arrived. The whole entrance is a building site. So you see every day people working on it. That's not really relaxing. The Public Area where you get free WiFi is nice. I don't recommend to go there in rain season. It rained trough the windows in our room. Not so great... When we arrived it wasn't properly cleaned. So in the end I think they want a bit too much money. Also the pool is a building site. Yet, it's not possible to use it.

Additionally, the breakfast included in the price was served with attention to detail.

The hotel could improve on its reception staff's friendliness.

Stairs, stairs and more stairs! Taxi charge from hotel to town was high considering it was a two minute drive. To be fair taxi fares were a rip off throughout the whole island.

Having a terrace here felt like living the dream 😍. the Sairee Beach area is a must-visit for sure. No complaints at all about this place.

The greatest thing of this hotel is the view. It's quite pleasant sitting in the elevated restaurant having breakfast and watching the sea. The breakfast is good, which energize you up with many choices of food. Easy access to the sea, and snorkeling mask can be rented at the office. You feel quiet, private and relax staying in this hotel, and would love to stay in it again.

a little far from the main area. good to rent a motorbike, otherwise takes time to walk up and down to the main areas for bars and restaurants.

The location on a very steep hillside offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was delicious and served with a smile.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was delightful.
